Full Itinerary

After pickup from Aomori port by our local guide and driver, get ready for your first stop at Choshoji Temple in Zenrin-gai where 33 Zen temples and shrines situate both sides of the path. The Zenringai area is also designated a national important cultural property.

Later, head to one of the best cherry blossom spots in Japan - the Hirosaki Park & Castle where gathers many varies of cherry trees, interesting festivals as well as scenic moats and bridges. Enjoy the magnificent cherry blossoms scene in numerous picnic areas available in this spacious park. Then visit the historic Hirosaki Castle, a three-story building attracting visitors for its ancient charming and graceful beauty.

After having lunch in a local restaurant, let’s explore the local customs and traditions in Tsugaru-han Neputa Village which offers a unique festive atmosphere, hands-on experience with local musicians and instruments such as “taiko”, live Tsugaru-shamisen performance and so much more to taste and discover.

Wrap up your trip with a visit to Aomori Prefecture Tourist Center ASPM for Shopping, a multi-use building with symbolized A-shaped where includes a variety of Aomori’s local food, souvenirs, handicraft products, Nebuta Festival's videos, and other traditional performances. Especially, prepare to be overwhelmed by the breathtaking view over Mutsu Bay from the 13th floor’s observation deck. Your journey ends with a transfer back to the terminal for cruise departure.
